Can a man and a woman be 'just friends'?

The eternal question which has haunted people for centuries--Can a man and a woman be 'just friends'? Watched when 'Harry met Sally'?If so you'll know what i mean when i ask 'Can two friends sleep together and still love each other in the morning?'
What is your take on it? Can a man and a woman have just a platonic relationship?Is it truly possible?Come on, be honest! :)

I think it is pretty much possible for a man and woman to remain friends and not get attracted to each other.
For a non-platonic relationship, one looks for some very specific qualities which not every one possesses.
It depends on the individuals in that kind of a situation and what they feel about it, though.

yes, it is possible for a man and woman to have a purely platonic friendship. it is also possible for a man and woman to start as friends, find themselves attracted to each other, become physically intimate, and move on to being friends in a platonic relationship, despite a physical attraction remaining between them. it is possible when there is real and deep love between them, and when there are no lies told or false promises made.

well a man and women can be friends if both of them are willing to understand each other and both are having a control of their life..if not,they can never be friends..i know that this conditions can never be satisfied by both a man and woman ever in their life..so they can never be "just friends"..love or lust will eventually take over..hehe
