problems with the book

just picked up a copy, and found it difficult to read - no it has nothing to with preeti's prose; that's quite enchanting.

BUT

in many of the chapters the paragraphs seem to have no connection to each other, and a sentence that cuts off abruptly makes an appearance in another page or paragraph. sometimes it seems as if whole pages are missing; i checked page numbers - they are all in order.

anyone having the same issues, or is it just my copy?

It looks like you got a copy from the first lot of books which had many errors and which were hastily withdrawn from the market. But looks like some escaped and you got a copy from that batch. Please do send the book back to my publishers and they will be happy to replace it with an error free copy.
Happy you started the discussion here, so anyone else having the same problem can see this answer.

thanks preeti, i'll return the book to odyssey adayar, tell them what the problem is, and what you said, and see if they can return the books from the first batch for the error free ones.
i love the way you write - it's funny, empathetic. it's great the way you can take what surely must be a thousand people's thoughts, and put them so beautifully into words.
